UPDATE: Someone pointed out that the 100K+ figure consists of both civilians as well as military forces, mercenaries, etc etc...and that "slaughtered" could be considered to be a slam on the U.S. troops. Fine; fuck it...I've revised that one.While I'm at it, I also added 6 more to the list.
UPDATE x2: Corrected spelling of "dysentery" (d'oh!) and tacked more onto the list for an even 20. Plenty more could be added (Blackwater murders, etc.) but I'm stopping there. Also, I'm not including the Katrina response or other non-Iraq/9-11-related fuck-ups in this list).
